The following guide will take you through logging in to the helpdesk without Trust credentials (NUH login). If you have Trust credentials it is preferable that you log in with those, our guide to do so can be found here.

It is possible to sign in to the helpdesk without Trust credentials, for instance in the case of ex-employees, by signing up using a personal email account. This can be started by clicking "Sign up" in the top right of the page. This will take you to the following page for you to input your name and email, tick the "I'm not a robot" box and complete the captcha that appears and then click register. You will know that the sign up has been successful as a box saying "Activation link has been sent to" followed by your email address will appear, if not please repeat the above steps.

You will then have an email at the address you entered from whichever helpdesk you signed up on (An account on any helpdesk can be used for all helpdesks). If you are unable to find the email please check your junk mail or spam folder. The email will appear similar to the one shown below. To complete the registration please click on the link provided in the email.

Clicking the link will take you to a screen that appears similar to the one shown below where you can input your Name and create a password for your account. Once you have done this you can click "Activate and Log In" to begin using the helpdesk.
