Mandatory Training Dashboard Access

The Mandatory Training Dashboard can be viewed here. In order to have access to the dashboard you will need to be a budget holder or request access via the Integra form.

In order to access the form you'll need an Integra account, if you don't have one please let us know through a ticket and we can get one set up for you.

You can access the Mandatory Training Dashboard Access form by going to the following link: eSeries Home

Then clicking on the magnifying glass in the top left and typing 'EFM301' and clicking on the option that appears.

Then clicking on 'Start new form' and selecting the 'Mandatory Training Dashboard Access' form.

This will then take you to the following form.

The left side of the form shows the stage of the form and can be ignored. The right hand side of the page has guidance on how the form works. The middle of the form is the area you will need to fill in.

There are two types of access for the form, ad hoc access and line manager access; ad hoc access grants access to view a single cost centre and everyone in that cost centre, line manager access grants access to view a single position in the dashboard. You can click the magnifying glass next to the position numbers to look up your position number.

Once it is submitted it will go to the relevant budget holder for that area for authorisation. You'll be notified once this is granted. The access to the dashboard updates overnight and so you won't be able to access it until the following day.
