Error When Adding Attachments to a Requisition: "An invalid XML character (Unicode: 0x3) was found in the CDATA section."

This error occurs when incorrectly using the "Import From File" option from the program options instead of using the attachment option.

The incorrect option is shown below:

To correctly attach a file you must first complete the requisition and get a requisition number.  The final screen of the process looks like this and has a button to add attachment.

Clicking the button will give the following screen:

From here you can click Add File and drag the file into the popup, or you can browse to the file to attach.

Once the file is showing in the box above you can navigate away from the Web Basket screen.
